Commitment to Personal and Scholarly Integrity - Scholarly integrity will result in high quality publications and international recognition due to the strong scientific foundation and methodology used to produce results that are reproducible.
Teamwork - We vigorously advocate teamwork. We hold a strong belief in the principle that teams produce at a level that surpasses the production of individual effort.

Commitment to Personal/Professional Development -Coupled with our commitment to our patrons is our commitment to our staff. Their growth is crucial to the center. Therefore provisions for personal and professional development programs will be made. Among the options for development there will be opportunities to participate in training in conjunction with involvement in professional associations.
